Availability & Leasing
Chamberlain Apartments offers a wide selection of studio, alcove, one, two, and three-bedroom floor plans, each designed for modern comfort and flexibility. With 30 unique layouts to choose from, you’ll find options featuring walk-in closets, private balconies or patios, and upgraded sound insulation. Scheduling a tour is easy! Submit a contact form or call our leasing team to book a personalized in-person or virtual tour. We’ll help you find the perfect apartment and show you around our vibrant Richfield community.
After selecting your preferred apartment, you’ll complete our online application, pay the required application fee, and provide supporting documents. Applicants are screened for credit, rental history, and income verification. If an applicant does not meet eligibility requirements, the holding fee will be refunded.
Most applications at Chamberlain Apartments are processed within 1–3 business days once all necessary documentation has been received.
Chamberlain Apartments offers flexible lease terms ranging from 6 to 18 months. Please contact our leasing team for details on current lease options and available move-in dates.
If your preferred layout isn’t available, you can join our waitlist by submitting an application and paying the $30 application fee and $50 reservation deposit. Our team will reach out when your ideal apartment becomes available.

Pet Policies
Yes! Chamberlain Apartments is a pet-friendly community welcoming both cats and dogs.
A $150 one-time pet fee and $250 refundable deposit apply, as well as a $50 monthly pet rent per dog or $40 pet rent per cat. Breed restrictions are in place for the safety of all residents. Please contact the leasing team for the complete list of restricted breeds and pet policy details.
Absolutely. Chamberlain Apartments features an on-site dog run and a pet wash station, making it easy for your furry friends to feel right at home.
Policies & Procedures
Rent payments can be made online through our secure resident portal using ACH transfer or major credit cards. Personal checks are not accepted.
Maintenance requests can be submitted through the online resident portal 24/7. Emergency maintenance is available by calling the office after hours.
If you need to end your lease early, an early termination fee will apply. Please contact our management team for details.
Subletting is not permitted at Chamberlain Apartments.
Guests are welcome at Chamberlain Apartments. For extended stays, please notify the leasing office for approval. Please refer to your lease agreement for more details.
Yes, Chamberlain Apartments is a smoke-free community to ensure a clean, healthy living environment for all residents.

Yes. A $30 non-refundable application fee per applicant is required, along with a $300 holding fee that is applied to your security deposit once approved.
